Back Squats (No Belt)
  • 6 x 90kg
  • 5 x 100kg
  • 3 x 110kg
  • 3 x 120kg
  • 5 x 130kg (4 SETS)
Not going to do any pressing or jerking movements for at least a week, maybe longer to help this niggle settle down and hopefully go away. Really great session regardless.

  1. Strong work with the 2 plate PC. Just a suggestion, maybe expand the summary at the end by saying how each exercise felt and whether you felt it was a good session etc

  2. Thanks dawg, didn't realise I had that much power in me, even Miles was impressed haha.

    I used to expand at the end but it got to the stage where I wasn't updating the blog often enough and couldn't really remember how everything felt so I'll just stick to keeping it simple and mostly just emailing you how it felt
