Not going to do any pressing or jerking movements for at least a week, maybe longer to help this niggle settle down and hopefully go away. Really great session regardless.
Strong work with the 2 plate PC. Just a suggestion, maybe expand the summary at the end by saying how each exercise felt and whether you felt it was a good session etc

ReplyDeleteI used to expand at the end but it got to the stage where I wasn't updating the blog often enough and couldn't really remember how everything felt so I'll just stick to keeping it simple and mostly just emailing you how it felt
