ACCESSORY LIFTS -  Push Press & Barbell Rows
  • 60kg x 5                        8 x 60kg
  • 70kg x 5                        6 x 70kg
  • 80kg x 3                        5 x 80kg
  • 85kg x 2                        5 x 80kg
  • 90kg x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1        5 x 80kg
Superset each barbell row with sets of bodyweight pull ups
