Owner of the gym was training some canadian chick and wanted to use dip rack, I was on my last set so they're like "lets use him as an example mmk?". Bust out like 10 of the most perfect dips I've ever done. Bitches be miring'

Goddamnit man that's some sick benching, soon you'll be benching more than I can squat!
ReplyDeleteGrats on the dips mire. Feelsgoodman
Promise I haven't watched that cleans vid like 100 times and I'm still not sure where he's putting the 87kg that he's supposed to weigh. Form is amazing fml
ReplyDeleteIt's all in his hips lawl. I've watched all his videos about a trillion times and my main aim in life now is to squat like him. Dw man, your form is pretty damn tight and that's the biggest battle won, now it's time to put some weight on the bar. Btw I'm interviewing him for an article, gonna steal some secrets for us hardcore
ReplyDeleteWait seriously?? Who is he, does he get coaching and shit or just youtube vids? Yeah definitely get me some tips on what to do to get the most out of the lift cause it's pretty mind boggling. Squats tomorrow 132.5kg oh dear
ReplyDeleteYeah he just has to get back to me about the answers. He was one of those free-running parkour guys and then he heard that olympic lifting made your power and vertical leap huge, so he started from there, then he's just kept going with it. He's never had a coach of any kind, just youtube and practice
