- Worked up to 60kg and pressed out some singles/doubles/triples with good form
- Loaded up the neutral grip chins and pull ups to BW+25kg for trips
- Grabbed a few dumbbells and worked my way up to one arm singles on 40kg's
- Stretched out shoulders and arms for 10mins or so
- 11 days till Gamsat..
Just get a new phone already. Good stuff, nice one arm presses in particular. Starting again end of this week. I'm just going to do about twenty sets of squats with 60 I think lol

That's a really good article juz, pretty much read the entire thing. What a fucking beast hey, first thing I'm doing when I deck out a home gym is slavin' away at bottom position squats and one arm swings.
ReplyDeleteGood idea James, I'm thinking of doing the same with front squats until my back is straighter than my sexually, which is gonna be prettttyyyyyyyyyyyyyy tough
The picture of the two arm dumbell swing is amazing as well, might play around with it sometime, I get the feeling it would be pretty awkward though
