ACCESSORY LIFTS - Trap Bar Deadlift & Front Squats                     
  • 5 x 100kg                       5 x 75kg
  • 5 x 120kg                       5 x 75kg
  • 5 x 130kg                       5 x 75kg
  • 3 x 140kg
  • 1,1,1 x 150kg
Legs are gonna be sore tomorrow... almost vommed mid 120kg set but pumped out ass to grass reps like a maddo. big weights is big
