Week 3 - Cleans 02/02/12

Olympic bar is amazing, cleans are coming off so much smoother. Been doing 3 mins ergo row for a warm-up each session which has been good. Threw in some neutral grip chins and was pausing at the bottom of the front squats, bench tommoz mahhhhhh

    rings are awesome, abs and grip are smashed, you just have to deal with looking like a derp

      was SO baited into maxing but kept to the program, got bench tommoz should be big

      I think they would probably let you do a session if you trolled and said you were thinking of joining, I'll have to double check their opening hours on weekends.

      read some the article, it's p gud, gonna read all of it on weekend
